Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Strategic Partnership Development Manager for the LATAM market. This remote role requires residing in the United States, Spanish fluency, and occasional travel for client meetings and internal conferences.

You will join client calls to pitch opportunities and manage the top 10 partners for your clients. The role emphasizes ownership of strategy, proactive outreach, and strong relationship management across global partners, with a focus on performance marketing

Qualifications

• LatAm market knowledge.
• Spanish fluency required.
• Portuguese a plus.
• 4+ years in business development or account management.
• Experience with enterprise clients.
• Experience in performance/affiliate marketing.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote, time-zone diverse environment.
• Proven track record of achieving goals.
• Experience leading client-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage top publishers for client initiatives and revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new partnerships based on client needs and market trends.
• Conduct cold and warm outreach to publishers to vet opportunities.
• Create and own recruitment and paid placement strategies for programs.
• Align strategies with client goals and KPIs; collaborate across teams.
