FP Markets, a well-established broker, is hiring a Full-time Business Development Manager for LATAM. You will drive IB/affiliate partnerships, onboard new partners, and grow client revenue while monitoring market trends and regulatory changes.

The role emphasizes remote work, strong networking in LATAM, and collaboration with marketing and compliance to ensure compliant, effective campaigns.

Qualifications

2+ years in business development or sales in Forex/CFD trading is required.
Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW clients across LATAM.
Understanding of brokerage services and trading platforms.

Responsibilities

Identify, onboard new Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and partners in LATAM.
Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through outreach and partnerships.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Build relationships with clients, partners, and affiliates.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in FX/CFD.
Collaborate with marketing and compliance to ensure compliant campaigns.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
Represent FP Markets at industry events and webinars.
