Job summary

CompuCom is seeking a skilled L2 Technician to provide remote technical support within a designated geographic area. You will serve as the remote contact for technical and service-related issues, troubleshooting and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.

The role involves installing and maintaining hardware/software, coordinating with Level III technicians, and delivering clear technical assistance to onsite and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
• Electromechanical experience a plus.
• Experience repairing laser and wide format printers
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs.
