Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled L2 Technician to provide remote technical support within a designated geographic area.

You will troubleshoot, install, and repair laser printers, wide-format devices, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems, collaborating with Level III or Lead Technicians to ensure timely resolutions. The role requires diagnosing issues, configuring hardware/software, and delivering clear technical assistance to on-site technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing printers and related hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple devices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site technicians and diagnose printer/plotter issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers, kiosks, POS systems, and software.
• Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
• Provide clear technical assistance remotely and on-site.
• Maintain service records and uphold quality standards.
