Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. seeks an L2 Technician to provide remote support for printers, kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware/software across a regional area. You will troubleshoot, install, and repair devices while coordinating with Level III technicians to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
• Electromechanical experience a plus.
• Experience repairing laser and wide format printers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
• Deliver clear technical assistance to technicians onsite and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
