Job summary

CompuCom seeks a skilled L2 Technician to provide remote technical support within a designated geographic area in the United States. This role covers diagnosing, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems, along with related hardware and software.

You will collaborate with Level III or Lead Technicians to ensure timely resolutions and assist on-site technicians regionally.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing laser and wide-format printers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Electromechanical experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
• Deliver clear technical assistance to technicians onsite and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
