Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Strong consulting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing needs.
• Skilled in instructional design with hands-on training material development.
• Experience facilitating web-based/virtual training using Zoom, MS Teams, or GoTo Training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed training curriculums for Verra Mobility products and services.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training to external customers across the United States.
• Build effective customer relationships and engage training participants.
• Evaluate training outcomes and iterate to improve the training experience.
• Travel up to 35% to customer sites as needed.
• Adhere to company policies including travel and expense guidelines.
