Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to guide employees through onboarding, continuous improvement, and implementation training. You will partner with colleagues across the organization to align learning with business goals and ensure a high-quality trainee experience.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a self-motivated approach, and a track record of designing and delivering effective training solutions across various formats.

Qualifications

• Onboarding and refresher training development and delivery.
• Ability to assess learning and development needs.
• Experience in training delivery and instructional design.
• Strong communication with global stakeholders.
• Ability to report on training impact and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and maintain training for internal personnel, including onboarding and refresher training.
• Design and deliver effective training solutions for group and individual settings.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify gaps and deploy training solutions that fit company philosophy and meet business needs.
• Oversee training programs, monitor performance, and ensure continuity.
• Prepare training materials across e-learning, in-person, and virtual formats.
• Ensure trainee compliance with corporate and governmental standards.
• Develop processes to monitor post-training compliance and performance; identify risks and plan remediation.
• Evaluate and mentor trainees.
• Provide regular reports detailing training impact.
