Job summary

CRH is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support the implementation of learning solutions across the Americas, leveraging LMS platforms and instructional design principles. This remote role collaborates with L&D professionals, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective training delivery.

You will manage registrations and data in the LMS, produce reports in Excel, and help develop in-person, virtual, and blended programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in HR (Generalist), Learning & Development, Training, or EH&S.
• Proficient in English written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors or a LMS.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Exposure to meeting or event planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs in-person and virtually with logistics and materials.
• Send invites, prework, reminders, surveys, and follow-up communications.
• Promote use of knowledge, tools, and resources across the organization.
• Provide regular written updates and presentations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with L&D Network and HR to ensure program success.
• Create forms for registrations and evaluations.
• Assist with design and development of training programs using instructional design methods.
• Enter data into the LMS and run training reports, including Excel-based sorting.
• Support employee-facing HR, L&D, and talent management systems.
• Travel up to 10% and perform other duties as assigned.
