Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver software and technical training for customers in the United States. You will build relationships with clients and work with staff, vendors, and project teams to align knowledge with program goals.

The role requires travel up to 35%, a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in learning and development, and strong instructional design and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design and developing training materials.
• Experience facilitating web-based/virtual training via Zoom, MS Teams or GoTo Training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Verra Mobility's business and systems.
• Review and follow laws and contractual requirements affecting customers.
• Build customer relationships and engage training participants.
• Work in project teams and build relationships with staff, customers, vendors.
• Perform needs analysis to create effective software training plans.
• Design and maintain customized training curricula and user guides.
• Deliver training to external customers using adult-learning methods.
• Evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements.
• Assist with special assignments and projects as needed.
• Follow travel/expense policies and submit reports on time.
