Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver software and technical training for external customers. You will design curricula, create user guides, and coach participants using adult-learning techniques.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure training aligns with business needs, adherence to policies, and measurable outcomes. Travel up to 35% may be required in this fast-paced role.

• Skilled in instructional design with hands-on training material development.
• Excellent adult facilitation skills and facilitation of web-based training.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of Verra Mobility's business and systems.
• Review and adhere to legislation and contractual requirements affecting customers' processes and program operations.
• Build effective customer relationships and shape participants' knowledge and experience.
• Collaborate within project teams and build relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Perform needs analysis to create effective training plans for software and technical training.
• Design, develop, and maintain customized training curricula and user guides.
• Deliver formal training and coaching to external customers using adult-learning techniques.
• Evaluate training outcomes and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist with special assignments and projects as needed.
• Understand and adhere to company policies including travel and expense guidelines.
