Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver software and technical training for external customers. You will design curricula, create user guides, and coach participants using adult-learning techniques.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure training aligns with business needs, adherence to policies, and measurable outcomes. Travel up to 35% may be required in this fast-paced role.

• Experience facilitating web-based/virtual training, with familiarity with virtual classroom/webinar platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, GoTo Training).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
• Strong organizational, task leadership, and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Office 365).
• Federal security clearance eligibility.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in learning & development, specifically developing and delivering training solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content development tools.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI).
• Business analysis, project management, and customer service skills a plus.
