Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in learning and development or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.
• Ability to work independently in a self-directed, performance-based role.
• Experience applying established processes and following structured workflows.
• Comfort with remote work and managing activity with CRM/digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, priorities and fit.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients and introduce them to leadership and personal development programs.
• Guide conversations and next steps using a proven consultative process.
• Nurture professional relationships with thoughtful follow-up and pipeline development.
• Apply established marketing strategies to generate warm interest and build a pipeline.
• Manage client activity in CRM and coordinate ongoing leadership development training.
