Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking a Learning & Development professional to develop and deliver technical training, build customized curricula, and engage with customers to ensure knowledge transfer. The role requires independent work, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to travel up to 35%.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review regulatory requirements, and leverage modern training tools to enhance customer outcomes.

• Experience facilitating web-based/virtual training (Zoom, MS Teams, GoTo Training).

• Strong organizational, leadership and planning abilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Office 365).
• Federal security clearance eligibility.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Verra Mobility's business and systems.
• Adhere to legislation and contractual requirements affecting customers.
• Build relationships, engage training participants, and shape knowledge.
• Collaborate within project teams and with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Conduct needs analysis to tailor training plans for software training.
• Design, develop and maintain customized curricula including guides.
• Deliver formal training and coaching to external customers.
• Evaluate training outcomes and improve the training experience.
• Assist with special assignments and projects as needed.
• Adhere to travel and expense guidelines and submit reports on time.
