Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in group facilitation, coaching, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support CKD and ESRD patients through virtual and in-person interactions.
• Document patient interactions and track engagement outcomes.
• Facilitate virtual group sessions to educate individuals about kidney disease.
