Job summary

Chiesi Global Rare Diseases is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive sales across the California, Hawaii, Alaska, Washington and Oregon territories. You will engage healthcare professionals, deliver product and disease-state education, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support prescribing and patient access.

The role requires 10+ years pharma experience, strong strategic and communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year institution (education in science or business a plus).
• 10+ years pharma industry experience in related, diverse function/roles.
• Experience with Veeva, Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), Concur, Zoom, TEAMS, WebEx

Responsibilities

• Create awareness around rare disease states based on company marketed products.
• Strategic account management—translate strategy into action.
• Target, plan and work through all states and regions of the geography.
• Manage leads with timely and consistent follow-up.
• Meet/exceed sales forecast and objectives; develop territory business plans.
