Job summary

Westlake is seeking a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) PVC Pastes & Extenders for a full-time, permanent position. This role is 100% remote from the Netherlands, Belgium or France, and involves owning a portfolio of strategic PVC key accounts, driving sales growth and profitability.

You will lead end-to-end negotiations, grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities, monitor KPIs and collaborate with Technical Service and Product Management to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Commercial degree or comparable qualification.
• 5–10 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in chemicals/plastics and key account management.
• Business‑fluency English plus French or Dutch is a strong plus.
• Sales-driven mindset with strong relationship skills; analytical and numbers-oriented.
• Enjoys fully remote work, travel regularly within region, and takes ownership.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic PVC key accounts in your region, with responsibility for sales growth and profitability.
• Lead price and contract negotiations end-to-end and build long-term partnerships with customers.
• Grow existing accounts and win new business by identifying opportunities and cross-selling potential.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse market and competitor trends and turn insights into concrete actions for Sales, Marketing and Product Management.
• Represent Westlake Vinnolit at customer meetings, conferences and trade fairs, collaborating with Technical Service and Product Management.
