Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Key Account Manager for the West Region to drive growth in vaccines and managed care partnerships. This remote role covers a defined set of states, including Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and others, focusing on developing strong customer relationships and strategic account plans.

The candidate will coordinate internal resources, work with Sanofi Pasteur teams, and execute contracting strategies to maximize margins while meeting territory objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience required.
• Ability to execute tactical initiatives and prioritize multiple projects.
• Possesses strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Self-directed and organized with strong execution and planning skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to insure and operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory business plan with strategic objectives for each health system in the territory.
• Build and maintain business relationships with assigned customers and key personnel.
• Coordinate pull-through activities to maximize contract gross margin of products.
• Partner with field sales and Sanofi Pasteur colleagues to support identified contracts.
• Provide input into contracting strategies and guidelines and ensure execution of programs.
