Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager for Data Centers in the United States. This role focuses on growing sales, market share, and customer satisfaction within the Data Center portfolio, coordinating with global and regional teams.

You will own assigned customers for multiple product lines, drive forecasting, and resolve issues while engaging with partners, consultants, and end-users to promote ABB solutions nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of senior-level data center sales or consulting experience.
• Willing to travel up to 50% in the US and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and increase ABB market share in the Data Center portfolio.
• Own and manage assigned customers across product lines, including orders, forecasting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with global/region/country leads to develop action plans and secure opportunities.
• Promote ABB Solutions through training seminars, internal sales, channel partners, and end-users.
