The role involves traveling up to 50% domestically/internationally, collaborating with distributor leadership, field sales, and internal teams to implement contracts, pricing, and promotional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Two (2) years of direct sales experience in private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Four (4) years of sales, key account management, distribution, channel management, or business development experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Experience managing strategic customer or distribution relationships across multiple locations or regions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and data-driven selling tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute national account strategies and grow key distribution partners.
• Develop relationships with national, regional, and local stakeholders.
• Lead contract pricing programs, RFQs, and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct business reviews to assess performance and opportunities.
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
• Leverage analytics to drive profitability and planning.
