Job summary

3M is seeking a Key Account Regional Distribution Leader for the Electrical Markets Division. You will drive growth and execute national account strategies with distribution partners and strategic accounts.

In this field-based role, you will collaborate with distributors, field sales, and internal teams to optimize contracts, pricing, and growth initiatives across regions, delivering profitability and market share.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Two years of direct sales experience in public/private/government/military environments.
• Current, valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and execution across national distribution partners and strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with distributor leadership, field sales, and internal teams to implement plans.
• Execute national agreements, contracts, pricing programs, RFQs, and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct business reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
