Job summary

3M is seeking a remote Key Account Regional Distribution Leader to drive growth with national distribution partners and strategic accounts. You will execute national account strategies, build relationships, and align cross-functional resources to achieve sales, profitability, and market share goals.

This role requires collaboration with distributor leadership, field sales, and internal teams, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, verified prior to start.
• Two years of direct sales experience in private, public, government, or military environments.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Four years in sales/key account or distribution roles is a plus.
• Experience with pricing, contracts, and business planning.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support National Key Account Managers in executing strategic plans for national accounts and distribution partners.
• Drive sales growth, market share, and product conversion across multiple regions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders at national, regional, and local levels.
• Execute national agreements, contracts, pricing programs, RFQs, and promotions.
• Conduct business reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with field sales, marketing, customer service, supply chain, and finance teams to support customer objectives.
• Use analytics and customer insights to drive planning and profitability.
• Deliver training, marketing, and demand-generation programs to boost engagement.
• Serve as the primary field liaison supporting national account initiatives.
