Solventum is seeking an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser Team) for a remote role in the United States, working 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST. You will support order release, billing setup, and documentation to ensure timely revenue realization, while collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years in customer support or healthcare operations, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus five years in customer support or healthcare operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with ERP and business systems (HERO, Oracle, Delair, FileNet, Genesis).
• Strong customer service, problem solving, and independent work ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping information confidential.

Responsibilities

• Manage order release, billing setup, and documentation to support revenue realization.
• Review ship-pending orders and coordinate documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting order release and billing.
• Prioritize daily worklists and recertification/reauthorization activities to minimize delays and revenue loss.
• Deliver excellent customer service and identify process improvement opportunities.
