Job summary

FMX is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth across a remote West Coast/K-12 territory. You will own a multi-state district portfolio, lead platform demos, and close deals with administrators, facilities directors, and business officials.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years closing experience, strong communication, and a track record in consultative selling across complex cycles. This role is remote-first with opportunities to visit client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of closing or selling experience, preferably in K-12 or public sector contexts.
• Experience selling into complex district organizations and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Remote sales experience with strong pipeline management and CRM use.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with administrators and executives.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a multi-state K-12 territory (Public Districts, Charter Networks, private/independent schools).
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual new business targets.
• Build relationships with district customers and analyze operational challenges FMX can solve.
• Lead product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and set implementation expectations.
• Use Salesforce, Gong and FMX tools to manage opportunities and data.
