Job summary

Facilities Management Express (FMX) seeks a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our K-12 sales team. This remote role covers the Pacific Northwest and broader West Coast territory, driving new business and managing a pipeline from prospecting to close.

You will work with SDRs, shepherd district admins and facilities leaders through the buying journey, conduct platform demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful district implementation while leveraging Salesforce, Gong, and our

Qualifications

Experience closing multi-stakeholder deals in a sales cycle.
Proven ability to manage a territory and drive new business.
Strong knowledge of consultative selling methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a territory in the K-12 segment (Public School Districts, Charter Networks, and Private or Independent K-12 Schools).
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual new business targets.
Build relationships with district customers and analyze their operational challenges.
Progress potential clients through the buyer's journey with platform demos and contract negotiations.
Use Salesforce, Gong, and FMX stack to manage opportunities.
Collaborate with SDRs on notes and meeting topics; participate in weekly sales and training sessions.
Ensure data accuracy across the pipeline and contribute to team goals.
