Job summary

Niche is hiring an Account Manager to support a portfolio of K-12 clients, drive retention, and grow revenue. You will split your time between relationship development, clearly communicating our impact and value, and identifying upsell opportunities with the Customer Success and Account Executive teams.

The role requires 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, Salesforce familiarity, and the ability to negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales and marketing in a SaaS environment.
• Salesforce experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or education-related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full account portfolio and relationships with customers to increase revenue and retention.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales Engineers to support onboarding and cross-sell opportunities.
• Prospect for new expansion opportunities within the book of business and renewals.
• Negotiate contracts and drive the commercial process to signatures.
