Job summary

Niche, a leader in school search, seeks an Account Manager to drive retention and expand revenue within a K-12 portfolio. You will build trusted, multi-stakeholder relationships and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and product teams to maximize value and upsell opportunities.

In a remote-friendly role, you will demonstrate products, manage renewals, and lead quarterly revenue growth while maintaining strong client health across the book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or education-related field or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing for SaaS
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a full account portfolio and relationships with customers to increase revenue
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to implement and identify upsell opportunities
• Prospect for new expansion opportunities within the book of business
• Negotiate contracts and drive the commercial process to signatures
• Present product demonstrations and solve customer use cases
