Job summary

iSpeedToLead seeks a JV Partnership Manager to recruit and manage top-tier partners, onboard them effectively, coach performance, and drive revenue growth. You will build a scalable partner ecosystem, retain high-value operators, and expand the program month over month.

Ideal candidates have a track record in recruiting and managing external revenue partners, with strong English communication and a data-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in partner recruitment, affiliate management, business development, or related roles.
• Proven ability to sell a partnership, set expectations, and hold partners to them.
• Experience coaching or managing external partners on execution and performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, qualify, and close high-quality JV partners with real acquisition teams.
• Onboard new partners: set expectations, drive activation, prevent stalls.
• Coach partners on follow-up, lead handling, prioritization, and pipeline execution.
• Organize monthly partner meetings, performance reviews, and accountability check-ins.
• Retain strong partners through results, not just relationship maintenance.
• Identify upsell opportunities inside the existing partner base and act on them.
• Catch disengagement early and address performance gaps.
