Job summary

Hotwire Communications, LTD seeks a Vice President, Joint Venture Partnerships to lead strategic partnerships with key JV partners. You will serve as the primary Hotwire executive at the partner table, shape governance, drive performance, and align schedules, finance, and legal to deliver on JV commitments.

The role requires deep experience managing senior-level relationships, proactive risk management, and the ability to operate autonomously as Hotwire’s advocate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnership management, joint ventures, strategic alliances, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior point of contact for the assigned Joint Venture.
• Develop deep understanding of partner business and operating culture.
• Establish executive engagement cadence with quarterly business reviews.
• Prepare and deliver JV board meetings and governance discussions.
• Track commitments, KPIs, and financial performance.
• Maintain alignment between JV operating plan and partner priorities.
• Represent the JV within Hotwire and partner organizations.
