Trellix is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to partner with our commercial and enterprise sales teams, discovering customer requirements, delivering solution demonstrations, and managing proofs-of-value to win technical deals across Trellix’s cybersecurity portfolio.

In this role you will work closely with Account Executives and Senior Sales Engineers to qualify technical needs, present capabilities, support RFIs/RFPs, and contribute to POV execution, while growing cybersecurity and presales

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, presales support, or solutions engineering.
• Fundamental knowledge in Trellix Security Solutions & Architectures (a plus).
• Certifications in security fundamentals are preferred (e.g., Security+/CCNA/AWS/Azure).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and business audiences.

Responsabilités

• Support technical wins by qualifying requirements and presenting capabilities with sales reps.
• Gather customer requirements and map security challenges to use cases.
• Deliver demos and presentations to stakeholders.
• Assist in RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires with presales guidance.
• Execute POV activities to demonstrate solution value against evaluation criteria.
• Assist technical accounts and address inquiries with Support, identify expansion opportunities.
• Support Executive Briefings and customer beta programs.
• Continuously learn and share customer insights with Product teams.
