Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the CCA Organization. This entry-level role supports the sales team with developing and executing sales strategies, handling calls, quoting prices, and placing orders to help meet daily and quarterly goals.

The position emphasizes customer experience, order tracking, and collaboration with partners. It’s remote with professional development opportunities and requires English proficiency; a business/IT bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED plus 1 year of relevant experience OR 2 year degree.
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
• Experience with multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with delivering effective messaging through written and verbal communications.
• Able to manage price negotiations and understand a profit culture.
• Build solid working relationships with others.
• Adapt to change and work under stress when faced with high workloads.
• Respond to incoming calls and greet partners in a courteous manner.
• Use basic computer system applications (spreadsheets, word processors, databases).
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound sales calls and emails to quote prices and place orders to meet goals.
• Enter orders and track order status.
• Own the customer satisfaction experience for territory and company success.
• Resolve routine, non-complex issues under guidance.
• Answer questions on pricing, product availability, and shipping/service issues.
• Demonstrate commitment to customer experience from relationship to resolution.
• Attend vendor trainings as assigned.
• Engage in vendor/customer activities outside pre-defined hours.
• Represent TD SYNNEX professionally in daily partner interactions.
• Performs other duties and meets attendance standards.
