TD SYNNEX is seeking a Business Development Manager for CCA (Caribbean and Central America) to shape customer sales strategies and expand business across the region. You will build trusted relationships with assigned accounts and connect customers with product-line solutions that advance their priorities and deliver strong financial results.

Remote work is supported for Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Panama.

Competenze

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Three or more years of relevant professional experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong knowledge of an assigned product or service line and curiosity to learn the organization’s broader portfolio.
• Experience guiding small to mid-sized accounts of moderate complexity toward growth.
• A self-directed mindset and a drive to improve sales and service processes.
• A track record of building direct customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and increasing sales.
• A collaborative, results-focused approach and ownership of outcomes that contribute to the team’s success.
