Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Business Development Manager for CCA (Caribbean and Central America) to shape customer sales strategies and expand our regional business. You’ll build trusted relationships with assigned accounts and connect customers with product-line solutions that deliver strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong knowledge of an assigned product or service line.
• Experience guiding small to mid-sized accounts toward growth.
• Self-directed mindset with drive to improve sales processes.
• Proven track record with direct customer relationships and growth.
• Collaborative, results-focused approach toward team success.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor to assigned customers with deep product knowledge.
• Develop strategic account-growth plans and strengthen partnerships.
• Turn program data into action and share results with the Account Manager.
• Monitor trends and cultivate relationships with field suppliers.
• Contribute to additional initiatives as business needs evolve.
