Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Vendor Solutions Representative to support the Caribbean and Central America organization in a remote capacity. You will build trusted customer relationships and promote TD SYNNEX solutions, including hardware, software, and services.

You will configure, price, and quote, educate customers on pricing programs, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve pre-sales issues. English proficiency and strong communication are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant customer-facing sales or pre-sales experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong data-entry and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and identify opportunities to promote products and solutions.
• Develop customer solutions by configuring, pricing, quoting, and processing requests for hardware, software, and services.
• Educate customers on product options, pricing programs, renewals, and TD SYNNEX offerings.
• Grow relationships by expanding adoption of TD SYNNEX portfolio.
• Negotiate terms including pricing, freight, substitutions, and return policies.
• Collaborate with customers, teammates, and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues and ensure smooth experiences.
