Qualifications

• Full order management including placing orders, tracking shipments and resolving holds.
• Develops customer relationships to achieve growth and profit targets.
• Responds to quotes, bids and orders via multiple channels (phone, email, IM, fax).
• Promotes TD SYNNEX services and programs to customers.
• Negotiates gross margin through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Coordinates with TD SYNNEX departments and vendor reps as liaison.
• Gathers market and pricing information and provides feedback.
