TD SYNNEX is seeking a Vendor Solutions Representative to support the Caribbean and Central America organization. The role blends consultative sales, product configuration, quoting, and education to deliver technology solutions and strong business outcomes for partners.

Ideal candidates have sales or pre‑sales experience, strong English, and the ability to manage quotes, pricing programs, and cross‑functional collaboration in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales or pre-sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• English proficiency at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and build trustful relationships.
• Configure, price, quote, and process requests for hardware, software and services.
• Educate customers on TD SYNNEX solutions and alternatives.
• Grow relationships by expanding adoption of TD SYNNEX products and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and other commercial aspects.
• Collaborate with customers, colleagues and vendors to resolve pre‑sales issues.
