RELX INC, via the Intelligize team, is seeking a Jr. Client Manager to grow revenue and strengthen client success across a portfolio of customers. You will work with internal teams to support account growth and ensure clients receive exceptional value from Intelligize solutions.

You will build long-term relationships, identify opportunities to expand engagement, and lead with a client-centric approach while promoting flexible working patterns and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing large key accounts in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build enduring client relationships through regular communication and account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities within accounts.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior account management professionals.
