LexisNexis Legal & Professional, through its Intelligize team, seeks a Jr. Client Manager to grow revenue and ensure client success across an assigned portfolio. You will work with internal teams to expand engagement, deliver value, and provide exceptional service to premier clients.

You will lead relationship-building efforts, develop account plans, and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell offerings while staying attuned to market dynamics and client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large key accounts in a professional role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs in account management.
• Capable of leading and mentoring junior account management staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand opportunities.
• Build enduring client relationships through regular communication and account management practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and address issues promptly.
