Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a related area (internship experience applicable).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks across accounts.
• Collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Analytical thinker comfortable working with metrics and reports.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and maintain regular communication to respond to inquiries promptly.
• Build professional relationships with client contacts to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Coordinate meetings and business reviews to track progress against client goals and KPIs.
• Monitor account performance against SLAs and prepare reports on client metrics.
• Escalate delivery issues to senior team members for resolution.
• Use CRM tools and analytics to track account health and identify opportunities.
