This entry-level role supports the Account Management team, helping monitor client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities while learning best practices in client relationship management within a technology-driven real estate environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Service Desk, Renewals, and Marketing to manage account operations, track KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver insights

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in customer success, account management, or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or SaaS platforms.
• Interest in technology solutions related to real estate and facilities management.

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: maintain regular client communication and respond to inquiries.
• Service Delivery & Reporting: monitor account performance against SLAs and prepare reports.
