Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or related area (internship applicable).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks across accounts.
• Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Build professional relationships with client contacts to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating meetings and business reviews to track progress against client goals and KPIs.
• Monitor account performance against SLAs and help prepare client reports.
