SERVPRO Team Doyle is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across six PA locations, building scalable sourcing channels and partnering with executive leadership to attract top talent in restoration and skilled trades.

You will optimize interview frameworks, drive candidate experience, and monitor metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, while thriving in a 100% remote role with EST-focused scheduling and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition management experience.
• Industry knowledge in Restoration Industry, Construction, Trades, Logistics, or multi-location Field Services.
• Multi-unit sourcing across multiple sites or franchise locations.
• Time zone alignment with EST working hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Mon–Fri).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and metric-driven drive.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring lifecycle across 6 PA franchise locations.
• Develop pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, and local networks.
• Partner with Franchise Managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs.
• Elevate interview frameworks, tracking systems, and candidate communications.
• Track metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Retention) to optimize strategy.
