Cesna Group is seeking a Japanese bilingual Sales Recruitment Consultant to operate as a remote recruiter supporting clients in the New Jersey area. The role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, managing interview processes, and advising clients on hiring strategies.

The ideal candidate will have B2B sales or recruitment experience, strong interpersonal skills, and bilingual Japanese/English proficiency.

Formación

• Must be bilingual in Japanese and English.
• Experience in B2B sales or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, and on-site).
• Manage end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients.
• Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs.
• Present and promote qualified candidates to clients.
• Extend offers and close placements.
