Job summary

Cesna Group is seeking a Sales Recruitment Consultant fluent in English and Japanese for a remote role in the U.S. The position involves sourcing and interviewing candidates, advising clients, and closing placements, with a focus on building client relationships and promoting services.

The ideal candidate has sales or recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a strategic, results-driven mindset. Hybrid office presence may be considered in some regions.

Qualifications

Experienced in sales or recruiting field.
Strategic thinker who works effectively under pressure.
Fluency in English; fluency in Japanese is highly desirable.
MBA preferred.
Passionate about performance, achievement, and teamwork.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases
Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, and on-site)
Manage the end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients
Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs
Present and promote qualified candidates to clients
Extend offers to selected candidates and close placements
Build and maintain client relationships through business development
Promote Cesna Group’s services to new and existing clients
Negotiate terms of business with clients
