Job summary

Cesna Group is seeking a Japanese bilingual Recruitment Consultant to join a remote, US-based role. The position targets English and Japanese fluency, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, interviewing, and end-to-end placement management for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Japanese with strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales or recruitment, preferably in talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, and on-site).
• Manage the end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients.
• Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs.
• Present and promote qualified candidates to clients.
• Extend offers to selected candidates and close placements.
• Build and maintain client relationships through business development.
• Promote Cesna Group’s services to new and existing clients.
• Negotiate terms of business with clients.
