Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to deliver remote IT support and maintain high standards of service for clients. You will handle system updates, troubleshooting, and collaboration with technicians to resolve issues efficiently.

The role emphasizes on-call rotations for after-hours and weekend support, with a strong focus on customer service and detail orientation. Strong OS, server, virtualization, and Azure skills are required.

Competenze

• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
• Experience with VMWare and Hyper-V Virtualization.
• Experience supporting Azure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
• Minimum of three years experience in IT Support or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in supporting MS Office, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
• Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
• Active Server Certifications are preferred.

Mansioni

• Resolve workstation OS issues and printer issues with minimal assistance.
• Troubleshoot line-of-business applications including SAGE ERP and QuickBooks; coordinate with vendor as needed.
• Handle M365 administration issues and other server-related tasks.
• Support Windows and Mac clients, servers, and virtualization environments.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
• Collaborate with technicians to escalate and resolve complex issues.
