This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities and offers a hybrid work model three times a week in New York's Battery Park area.

About the Role:

As a System / Cloud Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services across multiple client environments. You’ll be responsible for managing infrastructure, solving puzzling technical challenges, and building strong client relationships

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and support engineering projects across client environments.
• Monitor and maintain systems and infrastructure for performance and security.
• Customize solutions to meet client needs and propose enhancements
• Troubleshoot issues, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely resolution

Must haves:

• Expertise in Azure Cloud, Intune, Microsoft 365, related cloud technologies.
• System administration: installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.

Nice to haves:

• VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon experience.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions, primarily Veeam B&R.
• Scripting for automation and efficiency — PowerShell experience or ability to utilize AI to author production-ready scripts.

Location:
