You will be the escalation point for field technicians and ensure high-quality client service. The role requires multiple years of IT experience, strong Windows/Server skills, and a proactive approach in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications

Three years IT support or systems administration experience.
Hands-on with Windows and macOS, Windows Server 2016–2025, and networking basics.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting across operating systems, servers, business applications, and network infrastructure.
Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory, and support virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
Act as an escalation point for technicians and deliver excellent client service.
