Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions in Dallas is seeking a Network Administrator to provide both onsite and remote IT support, ensuring clients receive top-tier technical service and rapid issue resolution.

You will handle workstation OS problems, server and network issues, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and cloud services (M365/Azure), while collaborating with MSP partners and maintaining strong security through firewalls and VPNs. Availability for on‑call shifts is required.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of IT support experience.
Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
Strong networking knowledge including firewalls, VLANs, VPNs.
Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
Experience with MSP environments is highly desirable.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

Resolve workstation OS issues, printer issues, and standard business applications.
Handle line-of-business apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) and vendor-supported niche apps.
Address server and networking issues; act as escalation point for technicians.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
