ExploreMyPC is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to assist employees and customers with hardware, software, and network issues within the Microsoft Office ecosystem. You will troubleshoot, configure, and document solutions while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or related role.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting CRM platforms, SaaS applications, or cloud-based technologies.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone support requests in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and resolve computer, printer, mobile device, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software updates.
• Assist in user account creation, password resets, permissions management, and system access requests.
• Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures within the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation setup and account provisioning.
• Monitor system performance and report potential issues proactively.
• Provide exceptional customer service while communicating technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Follow company security policies and best practices to protect organizational data and systems.
• Participate in technology improvement projects and other IT initiatives.
